This is one of several cheetahs at Belfast Zoo. Sadly, the poor animals don't really seem very happy in their (small) enclosures and this one was just pacing in circles around the cage.

The Trough, a depiction of a pig mounting a goose, two familiar staples of domesticated farmland, can be read as an allegorical representation of genetic engineering. The Trough came to the Museum Of Sex through a generation donation by art collector Peter Norton."

BACKSTORY: We were only scheduled to be in town for about 26 hours. And that included *two* sleeps. Combined with the SubGenius devival we were going to later that day, we really didn't have much time to do anything. We woke up, walked around Chinatown, ate, and then headed to the Museum Of Sex to see what oddities it had to offer. Then we went straight to the SubGenius Devival in Astoria afterward.
