looks like short billed dowitcher. Behavior is the easiest way for me to tell the difference. Short billed does a "sewing machine like" pecking in the water according to the Peterson Field Guide. Also short billed has more of the flecked pattern on chest which is most pronounced when it is breeding.

Triscuit is a 7 month old handsome buff with white male. He lived with his mother until he started to sexually mature and that was the end of his home. He no longer got along with his mother and his owner could not tolerate his behavior any longer. He has been at the shelter since 2/19/09. He has since been neutered and is good with other cats, dogs and kids.
